PassportCard international private medical insurance policies are insured by either AWP Health and Life SA from the Allianz Care Group or MGEN/VyV International Benefits – second largest insurer in France. PassportCard Deutschland GmbH exclusively sells the said plans in this line of its business and receives a sales commission from the carriers in this respect.

The currency of the contract is EURO for coverage of worldwide excluding USA territories and in USD for policies that cover you worldwide including in the USA.

Yes. PassportCard performs a quick and easy medical assessment process by reviewing your medical condition before joining to coverage and enabling a clear coverage guideline upon joining. On some occasions we may include under your conditions medical risk loading or a certain limitation, however it would be fully transparent and therefore there are no surprises and you can rely on our full support at the time of need.
