Agreement between the User and PassportCard Deutschland GmbH (“PassportCard”)
Usage of the PassportCard Internet site and all the content thereof, and services provided therein (hereinafter: the “Site”) is conditional upon the acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices appearing within this document. Usage of the Site will be deemed as your consent to the terms, conditions, and notices.
The insurance products listed on this Site are subject to conditions, limitations, and various requirements, not all members are eligible to make use of them nor are they valid in every country. The policies presented on the website are subject to EU laws and EU member state laws, as applicable. In addition, eligibility for insurance products on this Site as well as any services provided by PassportCard, are intended for EU residents and immediate family members only.

Restriction of access
PassportCard reserves the right to refuse access to the Site or parts thereof to any user, based on its sole and exclusive discretion and at no advanced notice.
PassportCard’s explicit policy is to operate, update, and improve the Site in as continuous a manner as possible; however, PassportCard reserves the right to enter amendments and improvements to the Site, the Terms and Conditions relating to its use at any time and to terminate and restart its activity from time to time, based on its sole and exclusive discretion. This policy is subject to the laws of the EU and EU members states at applicable. The authority of the Hamburg courts in Germany will apply to any conflicts arising from the use of the Site or related thereto. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. In the event that it is ruled that a certain provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed as replaced by valid and enforceable provisions, whose content is most similar to the original provisions, while the remainder of the provisions will continue to be valid.
