The PassportCard plans are insured by AWP Health & Life SA (“AWP”), a member of the Allianz group. PassportCard both distributes and administers the PassportCard plans.
The PassportCard plans introduce special and comprehensive products tailormade to the German market and targeted to the European internationally mobile community market. When the PassportCard literature refers to ‘Europe’, it is referring to the states that are included in the Schengen Area.

Our in-house case management takes care of accidents and or hospital stays. We don't always get everything right
We will pay you €25 if any of the follow service promises are not kept: Paying claims over 5 business days | Answering emails over 8 hours | Reaching a member 1 business day after asking for a manager call.
